This section covers conventional road civil engineering projects, highways maintenance as well as work undertaken in airports.

Typical schemes include new road builds, bridge repairs and reconstruction, and airport concrete pavement work. BAM Nuttall specialises in complex structures and has made a significant contribution towards improving the transportation infrastructure in the UK

Cheshire County Council appointed BAM Nuttall as its term highways contractor. The scope of the contract includes the provision of emergency cover, winter service, ground maintenance on the highway, provision of street lighting maintenance / renewals, road marking and safety schemes, bridge works and resurfacing.
