Major
Projects
The Major Projects team is involved in delivering the
most significant projects for the company. We are able to
mobilise BAM Nuttall’s national resources to provide
the most experienced and relevant project teams and deliver
the most cost effective solutions for clients.
Typical projects undertaken include the remediation and land
reclamation scheme on the Greenwich Peninsular. This series
of contracts converted a number of severely contaminated sites
into usable land for future development using a variety of
innovative techniques. The technically challenging A500 Stoke
Pathfinder, the first highways scheme let on an ECI (Early
Contractor Involvement) basis and the Barnstaple Western Bypass
are recent examples of road schemes undertaken by special
projects.
Currently we are working at the Olympic Park near Stratford
and Kings Cross lands behind St Pancras Station. Both are
major infrastructure developments requiring multiple client
and community interfaces
