Signs are usually manufactured from 11swg 3mm aluminium or Dibond, all grey backed complete with fixing channel. For ease of installation, panels are commonly made in structural sections of 600mm deep which meeting BSEN12899 for class RA2 reflectivity and BS8408 for Microprismatic. The shop uses Rennicks ULS sheeting (Ultralite Special sheeting) with associated ECOF (electronic cutting overlay films) for the complete signing package.

Fixing Clips, Posts and Ancillary products
BAM Nuttall Signs carry a comprehensive range of clips and posts in stock ready for dispatch.

• UCC clips (for banding), 76mm, 89mm, 114mm, 140, 168mm, or other sizes can be ordered to suit client requirements. All clips are stainless steel and competitively priced.
• 76mm and 89mm posts at 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4 & 5m as standard. Other sizes can be ordered and supplied as necessary.
• Posts are stocked as galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461, however PVC or powder coated options are available on request.

We can also offer additional fixing solutions such as tespa band, buckles and banding tools; sign frames, fixing nuts, bolts and washers, all available from stock.
