BCIA Success

At the recent British Construction Awards, the London 2012 Olympic Park enabling works team, which included BAM Nuttall, was presented with the Judges’ Special Award.

Judges were impressed with how the site was cleaned and stabilized ahead of schedule, under the extreme pressure faced by the project team.

The teamwork was highly praised and was regarded as the driving force behind such a successful project. The judges commented: ‘The fully integrated team has delivered a world class job. Success of this iconic project has pushed the industry forward and created a strong platform for the rest of the Olympic project.’
