 In 2008, we had around 100 Vendor Accord partners out of a total supply base of around 7,500.
Around 27% of our overall spend with suppliers went through Vendor Accord partners - an amount which we are seeking to increase over time.
Every year we ask for feedback from our suppliers on our own performance against a number of criteria. We are pleased to see positive scores the standard for this feedback. Vendor satisfaction 2009
