We believe that we are stronger when we are informed by different views and experiences, and we defend the right for all of our people to be able to develop to their full potential, without barriers created by prejudice arising from any aspect of their identity.
The company has an equal opportunities policy, and aims to achieve a workforce that broadly reflects the diversity of the areas where we operate.
We monitor and review our performance and develop an action plan to move towards our diversity goal. The Equality and Diversity Committee meets regularly and is chaired by a member of the Board.
