Year on year we’ve attracted increasing numbers of people, with a widening range of experiences, to apply for our award-winning apprenticeship programme. We’re particularly proud that we recruit more women in every annual intake, and our apprenticeship programme is one of the most popular in our industry and the UK.

We don’t just talk about changing the industry – we are changing the industry.

Technical Apprenticeship programme

Our most popular programme, in partnership with the award-winning Leeds College of Building, is the technical apprenticeship programme. You get the best of both worlds, spending times studying and working alongside expert colleagues on site, as part of the team, delivering real work. You’ll build on your current skills, discover and develop new ones and shape the world we live in, by delivering sustainable solutions.

BAM’s UK apprenticeship programme is ranked in the Top 30 in the Rate My Apprenticeship 2021 awards. We’re 2nd in the whole construction industry. You can read what our apprentices have to say about the programme on Rate My Apprenticeship
