BAM Nuttall is delighted to be selected as the preferred infrastructure contractor for the Brent Cross South development by the joint venture established between Argent Related and Barnet Council.

The framework will deliver infrastructure over the next 10-15 years; a critical part of the project’s delivery, enabling the new town centre via improvements to community, social and leisure facilities for existing and new residents and businesses in this part of North London. The contract includes new and improved parks and public spaces; streets and roads; and services, drainage and utilities, in preparation for the construction of new homes, workspace and retail and leisure.

BAM Nuttall has worked with Argent, Argent Related’s sister firm, for more than ten years. The two businesses have previously successfully partnered on large-scale regeneration projects such as London’s King’s Cross: the scheme around one of London’s principal railway stations was delivered by both of Royal BAM Group’s UK operating companies – BAM Nuttall and BAM Construct. It required ground work investigation and extensive landscaping to improve busy public spaces used by commuters, tourists and residents.
